My live stream crashed during the biggest sponsor reveal I've ever done.

I was in my home studio in Austin, about to show the new gear from a company that had paid me $2,000 for the segment. Right as I clicked to play their reveal video, my entire OBS setup froze. I had to stare at a frozen screen for what felt like five minutes while I frantically rebooted everything. The chat was pure chaos, and I ended up having to do the whole reveal from my phone camera. Has anyone else had a major tech fail during a paid promotion, and how did you handle it with the sponsor?

Oh man, staring at a frozen screen for five minutes sounds like actual hell lol. I’d be sweating bullets trying to reboot with a sponsor watching.
