That's a tough spot to be in. My experience has been that a quick trend video only works if you can tie it back to your main thing somehow. I made one about a fitness fad but framed it as a form check for a lift I already teach. It kept my regulars happy while still catching some new eyes.

Yeah, framing it like a form check is the key... I did that with a dance trend and it worked great.
