Picked the bigger rig on a tight job in Tulsa and it worked out
Got offered a lift at a hospital in Tulsa last month. I could take the 60 ton with the short boom or the 100 ton with more reach but a bigger footprint. I went with the 100 ton and had to set up in the street, which meant a cop had to block traffic for 2 hours. It turned out fine and the 60 ton never would have reached the far corner, but I second-guessed myself the whole morning. What do you all do when the setup space is the real limit, not the load chart?
Sense of humor is the real limit" haha, my gut feeling on those tight ones is wrong about half the time, so I just flip a coin and blame the coin either way.
