She's been doing hair for thirty years and said the 'Quick Blonde' brand would fry fine hair. I used it on a client with baby-fine highlights anyway, thinking it was just old-school talk. Glad it worked for you. I used their lightest ash shade last month and it lifted my dark roots perfectly in one go. The toner it came with really knocked out the brassiness too.
