A client in Phoenix told me her haircut made her feel brave enough to ask for a raise.

She said it while I was finishing up her layers last Tuesday. I've been thinking about that power all week. Has a style you gave someone ever given them that kind of confidence boost?

Remember my friend who got a sharp bob before her big interview? She said walking in, she already felt like she had the job, lol. Totally changed how she carried herself.
