Walked a 40 unit job in Phoenix last week and the super showed me his phone, not his laptop
Last Tuesday I tagged along on a walkthrough of a 40 unit apartment build in Phoenix, and the super pulled out his phone to pull up the submittals instead of going back to the trailer. He said the daily logs get filled out standing in the unit now, and the RFI photos attach right to the wall they belong to. Anyone else seeing supers run whole jobs off a phone, and does it actually hold up on bigger projects?

Wait, he's running submittals off a phone screen? I can't even read a full spec sheet on mine without zooming in a dozen times.
