Stop pretending spreadsheets work for project tracking on a 50 unit build

I just watched a site supervisor lose 3 hours a week manually updating Excel for a single apartment complex. Procore or even Buildertrend would have cut that to 20 minutes. How many crews are still running jobs off paper prints and hoping for the best?

Three hours a week? That's insane. I'd lose my mind watching someone burn time like that on color coded rows.

I swapped our crew to Procore after watching a superintendent spend 5 hours every Friday updating a spreadsheet with photos and RFIs. Cut the time down to maybe 30 minutes and nobody lost a submittal.
