Set up auto reminders for submittals in Procore and my RFI pile finally stopped growing
I kept missing submittal deadlines because everything lived in my head, so I built a simple reminder rule in Procore that pings the sub 14 days out and again at 7. Cut my overdue submittals from 11 down to 2 in about six weeks on a school job in Mesa. Curious if anyone else has a reminder setup that catches the really short turnaround stuff.

Going from 11 overdue to 2 in six weeks basically makes you the submittal whisperer over here lol. My setup is close to yours but I do the 14 and 7 day pings on the sub side and honestly the 7 day one is where the magic happens, since that's usually when they finally crack open the spec book. The short turnaround stuff is the real killer though, those 3 day review items slip right past a 7 day warning like it's nothing.
