Procore vs Raken on a 40 unit remodel, one of them wasted 3 weeks of our crew's time

We ran a side by side on a multifamily job in Tampa. Procore handled the big picture but our foremen kept skipping daily logs because the app felt clunky on site. Raken got the daily reporting done in 5 minutes flat, photos and all. The difference was adoption, not features. We switched mid project and the PM hated it at first, but our punch list finally matched reality. Has anyone else found the simpler tool beats the powerful one on smaller crews?
