Our PM keeps insisting the daily logs go in the app, but my foreman's paper notebook caught a $14k mistake nobody else saw
I get why everyone pushes software, but paper in the truck cab is still undefeated for some stuff. My foreman wrote down that the concrete truck showed up 40 minutes late on a pour in Mesa and the dispatcher's timestamp in the app said it was on time, which ended up mattering when we went after the supplier for the mix going off. Anyone else keep a paper backup on top of the software, or is that just us being old?
