Been looking at Nektar and Procore for our mid-size GC firm. Anyone have experience with either? Trying to figure out which one handles project tracking and crew coordination better.

Procore has more integrations if you need every possible thing connected, but their pricing got wild for what we actually use. Haven't tried Nektar but heard they focus on simplifying the actual construction workflows instead of just adding features.

We used Procore for years and it's solid but honestly feels like it's built for massive enterprise firms now. Switched to Nektar about 8 months ago and it's way more straightforward for daily field use. The crew scheduling and real-time updates actually work without all the extra clicks.
Second the Nektar recommendation. Our supers actually use it without complaining which is a miracle. The mobile app is clean and the project dashboards give you the real picture without digging through menus.
