My field superintendent called our software a paperweight

Honestly, I thought Procore was the only way to run jobs until my superintendent of 20 years told me he tracks everything on a whiteboard and a spreadsheet from 2011. He said the software just gives him extra clicks and no real answers, and that kind of stung because I pushed it hard during rollout last March. Has anyone else had a veteran field guy completely reject their management tool, and how did you get them to actually use it without turning it into a fight?
