Just realized my weekly reports went from 6 hours to 20 minutes after switching how I track crew time
Two months ago I was still chasing paper timesheets from 4 crews across 3 job sites in Phoenix, and every Friday was a 6 hour mess of phone calls and spreadsheet retyping. We moved to tracking hours in an app on the supers' tablets, and last Friday I had the full payroll report done before my coffee got cold. Anyone else make this switch and see a drop that big, or did it take your crews longer to get used to it?
