Hit 38% adoption on our Procore rollout after 5 months, now I'm wondering if we pushed too hard
We rolled out Procore to 60 field guys across 4 job sites in Phoenix and after 5 months we're at 38% daily active use, which is way higher than the 12% we had with the last system. Half the office says we should be happy with that number and keep letting it grow, the other half says anything under 50% means the training failed and we need to force it harder. Where do you draw the line between adoption and just annoying your crews into using something they hate?
