Dropped $4k on a drone survey package, the export files were a nightmare
We used it on a 14-acre site near Tulsa and the point cloud data kept crashing our CAD setup, took 3 support calls to sort it out, has anyone else had better luck with a different processing service?

Did your CAD setup choke on the file size or the format? A buddy of mine ran into the same thing on a job in OKC and ended up having the drone company re-export it as smaller tiles, which fixed it.
