Can we talk about how I used to track RFIs in a spreadsheet for 2 years like a fool

My superintendent showed me how Procore links RFIs directly to submittals and it saved me 10 hours a week reconciling emails, has anyone else had that lightbulb moment with their software?

Same here actually. I feel like every time I see a tool that SHOULD make things simpler, companies manage to make it more complicated than just doing it the old way. It's like the more features they add, the harder it is to just actually USE the thing for what you need. That RFI linkup was the first time Procore actually felt like it was solving a real problem instead of creating new ones. There's a bigger pattern too where people keep adding bells and whistles to stuff instead of just making the basics work really well first.
