How packing my own lunch saved money and time on site
I used to buy fast food every day, but now I bring a cooler with homemade sandwiches and it keeps me going without breaks.

Wait, but doesn't making sandwiches take a lot of prep time? I spend more minutes in the kitchen than I save on site, and eating the same thing every day gets old fast. Is that really worth the trade-off?

Okay but you're missing the BIGGEST time save: decision fatigue. Picking lunch every single day wastes mental energy. Having it DONE means one less thing to worry about all morning. I just grab my same container and go, zero stress.

On Sundays, I make five sandwiches at once. This way, I only spend about ten minutes total for the whole week. Changing up the fillings each week keeps it from getting boring.
