Hit 500 on-site repairs without a single callback yet

I just crossed 500 completed repair jobs at homes and small businesses, and I've somehow managed zero callbacks so far. Anyone else track their callback rate and find a specific number that surprised you?

500 repairs with zero callbacks is seriously impressive. It takes a lot of patience and attention to detail to avoid those little mistakes that lead to a second trip. I've had times where I thought I was golden on a job, then a tiny leak shows up a week later and I'm kicking myself. What's your secret for catching those tricky issues before you pack up your tools?

Used to think rushing through the final check was fine. Figured if everything looked good, it was good. Then had a couple of those tiny leaks you mentioned, and it made me totally rethink things. Now I go slow on purpose at the end, run every fixture twice, and check under sinks with a flashlight. Seems simple, but skipping that last look is what gets you. Once I made that a habit, the callbacks just stopped happening.

Hang on - did you say 500 repairs with zero callbacks? That's a typo right? Nobody's perfect. Not even close.
