Client told me to "just fix it" without explaining the problem

Had a guy drop off his laptop at my shop last Tuesday, said it was "acting funny" and walked out. I called him three times to ask what was happening, no answer. Spent 45 minutes running diagnostics and found nothing wrong until his wife called and said the screen was flickering yellow. Turns out he had a loose ribbon cable inside, took me 2 minutes to fix. Anyone else get vague fixes from clients?

Hate when they do that, drives me nuts lol.

Three times last week @dylanmurray, I swear. Had a cashier just stare at me while my card was processing and then go "oh, you gotta tap it again." Like, I know that now, thanks for nothing.
