That HELOC clause about rate floors caught me off guard
I refinanced a rental property line of credit in Austin last spring and only read the fine print after signing, turns out the floor rate kicks in at 5.5% even if prime crashes. Has anyone else hit one of these on a variable loan and found a way to negotiate it down?
