That $600 'business coaching' call that taught me nothing about my SBA loan

Last spring I paid a guy in Phoenix $600 for a one hour call to help me restructure my SBA 7(a) payments, and he spent 40 minutes talking about his own real estate portfolio. My bank ended up charging me a $250 modification fee the next week because I missed the paperwork deadline he never mentioned. Has anyone else gotten burned by so-called loan experts who just pitch their own stuff?

That sucks, man... paid good money for nothing but a sales pitch, and then the bank hits you again on top of it. Real familiar feeling, those "experts" always have a story about their own success but zero help for your actual mess.
