Still mad about that cash flow clause nobody flagged
My commercial broker in Phoenix told me a floating payment schedule was 'no big deal' because the rate was low. 6 months in my payment jumped 22% when the index reset, nearly choked my payroll. Has anyone else had a lender slide a floor clause past them in the final docs?
