Refinancing my rental in Tucson got flagged when the lender saw two LLCs on the title
I was sitting at my kitchen table last Tuesday when the underwriter called and said my quitclaim from 2021 made the chain of title a mess, so I paid $1,400 for a title attorney to sort it out and now I'm wondering if anyone else has untangled an LLC-to-person transfer before closing.

Ask the title attorney if they can record a correction deed instead of doing a full quiet title action, way cheaper and faster in most cases. Had a buddy do that on a Tucson property and it cleared underwriting in about two weeks.
