Overheard a guy at the bank in Boise bragging about his 'no-doc' loan for a rental property. It made me really nervous for him.

Man, those loans can be a great tool though.

Honestly, does he not remember 2008? My buddy got one of those for a condo in Phoenix. He lost it in less than two years when the payments jumped and the tenant bailed.
