My bridge loan escrow mishap ate 11 days and $4k in fees
Last month I set up a bridge loan for a duplex flip in Austin, but the escrow agent double-funded the inspection line and the bank froze everything until it cleared. Took 11 days and $4,300 in extra interest and penalties to untangle it, has anyone else had escrow mistakes blow up their timeline this bad?
