That $800 Kirby Morgan exhaust valve paid for itself in one dive

My old reg was free flowing like crazy at 90 feet near Port Hueneme, swapped in the new part and the breathing suddenly felt smooth even in the cold water, has anyone else had a pricey OEM piece save their whole day?
