I was following this local drama post about a landlord in Austin, and the comments were pretty normal for the first few hours. Then some news outlet linked to it, and suddenly every top reply was from people who clearly didn't read past the headline, just hot takes and name-calling. Has anyone else noticed that exact tipping point where a thread goes from actual discussion to pure chaos? It felt like it happened between 11pm and 1am, about 200 new comments.
