That $500 SEO audit comment that made me rethink my whole blog strategy

I was scrolling through a post about small business websites last Tuesday and saw this one comment from some guy named Mark. He wrote a whole breakdown of why my type of niche site was ranking poorly. Pointed out my headers were too generic and my internal links were basically useless. I spent the next 3 hours rewriting three old posts based on what he said. Traffic went up 40% in two weeks. Has anyone else gotten legit advice from a random internet stranger that actually worked better than a paid service?
