Saw a Facebook fight over whether a cat could be a service animal and the top reply had 4,000 likes
Last Tuesday I fell down a rabbit hole on a local Facebook group after someone asked if their cat counted as a service animal for an apartment. By the time I got there the comment section had fully lost it. The top reply, sitting at just over 4,000 likes, was a woman who claimed she trained her cat to alert her when her blood sugar dropped, and she described the cat as "a very small dog." Then a guy replied that he once watched a cat knock a whole glass of water onto a laptop, so he didn't trust the cat. The original poster came back three hours later and just wrote "I am moving in with my parents." I screenshot the cat part immediately because I knew nobody would believe me. Has anyone else saved a comment thread that was way better than the thing it was under?
