PSA: That "support small creators" comment on every big channel's video is doing way more harm than good
Last week I saw a comment with 14k likes on a huge cooking channel's post that just said "watch small creators instead" and nothing else. Here's my problem with that: it feels good to type but it does nothing for the person actually grinding in a spare room with 300 subscribers in Boise. I've seen it on at least five big posts since March, and every time, the replies are just people patting each other on the back. Nobody clicks through. Nobody shares a link. Nobody names an actual channel. If you really want to help, drop a specific name and one video so people have somewhere to go. Am I wrong here, or does that empty comment bug anyone else?

14k likes and not one channel name in the replies, so what did those likes actually get anyone?
