Pro tip: I found a comment section trick that actually got me a refund
I saw a post from a small company about a broken product I bought. The comments were full of people with the same issue, all ignored. So I replied to the company's own comment with 'Checking in for the 47 people who said theirs broke too, any update?' and tagged them. They messaged me in 20 minutes to fix it. Has anyone else had a company only pay attention after you point out the crowd?

I mean, "double down every single time" feels like a bit much. Most companies just ignore stuff until it blows over. Maybe we're giving them too much credit for having a real reaction.
