Guy in a Facebook group told me my comment replies were 'too fast and too happy' and honestly he was right
I used to fire off replies in Facebook groups within like 30 seconds of someone commenting on my posts, which looking back came off as desperate and fake. Last week a guy named Dale in a local gardening group told me my fast replies made me look like a bot, so now I wait a few hours and write shorter, messier comments that actually sound like a human typing on a phone at 11pm. Has anyone else had a total stranger roast their commenting style and then found themselves completely changing how they post?

Ha, I used to roll my eyes at that kind of thing too, but honestly getting called out like that kinda woke me up a bit. Sometimes the annoying feedback is the stuff you actually needed to hear.
