Found the wildest comment thread under a cooking video yesterday

I was scrolling through a video of some guy making a fancy risotto and the comments were absolute chaos. One person said he burned the onions on purpose for 'caramelization' and another swore you have to stir it exactly 47 times or it's ruined. Then someone dropped a whole argument about how real Italians use a wooden spoon not a silicone one. I spent like 20 minutes just reading this back and forth between three people who were getting super heated over rice. It was honestly more entertaining than the video itself. Has anyone else found a comment section that was way funnier or wilder than the actual post?

Had a similar thing happen with a brownie recipe video. Someone argued for twenty minutes that you need to sift the flour exactly three times or the texture is ruined. Got so heated they started posting screenshots of their baking science textbooks. My advice is to just let them go at it. Grab some popcorn and scroll down. The real gold is always in the replies where people start posting their own kitchen disasters. Learned more about baking chemistry from that one thread than any actual tutorial.

Man, @rubyk86 hit the nail on the head. My buddy tried making macarons once and got into it with some guy in the comments about resting the batter for exactly 45 minutes or they'd be trash. Friend ended up timing his second batch with a stopwatch while the guy posted screenshots of his pastry school notes. Absolute chaos. I still crack up thinking about that thread.
