Shoutout to the guy in 1992 who lent me his copy of X-Men #1 that I never gave back
I was 12 years old and some older kid at the comic shop let me borrow the foil cover edition. Said bring it back next week. I moved two months later and never saw him again. Still feel weird about it every time I see that issue in a dollar bin. Anyone else owe someone a comic from decades ago?

Read somewhere that the guy who created that foil cover edition actually kept samples of it in a safe for years. Bet he never forgot a copy either. Are you ever tempted to track the guy down through Facebook or something?
