Our comic fan club's first trivia night was a total blast

Our local comic book fan club has wanted to host a trivia night for ages. Recently, we managed to do it at the community center. I wrote all the questions, covering everything from old Superman comics to new Marvel movies. I was worried no one would come, but over thirty fans showed up. Everyone had a great time laughing and arguing over answers, like who Green Lantern's first villain was. That felt like a real win for our little fan community. We're already thinking about the next one, which is exciting.

Remember our town's charity softball game last summer? They brought in actual ex-minor league coaches, had six a.m. practices, and made us wear matching uniforms. Felt like they were training for a gold medal, not raising money for the library.
