After my latest haul, I'm rethinking event comic purchases.
Some fans love how events tie everything together, but I'm tired of buying so many issues. Do you think they make the stories better or just add more stuff to buy?

My buddy Mike went all in on that last big crossover. Bought every single tie-in from every series. His pull list was a mile long. He spent over two hundred bucks. Ended up with a huge stack of comics that barely mattered to the main story. Said it felt like a checklist, not a fun read. He's done with events now, just waits for the trade.

Yeah, that "mile long pull list" thing is so real. My friend Sam did that for a big event a while back, and he said reading it felt like homework. He saw your post, @dakota_garcia66, and just nodded like "yep, that's it exactly.
