I watched a guy at the Whole Foods on Lamar drop $22 on a bag of Kenyan beans, then run it through that beat up grinder by the exit that hasn't been cleaned since spring. Why spend that kind of cash on beans if you're just going to wreck them on a blade grinder that smells like old pumpkin spice? If you're on a budget, get a $40 hand grinder and you'll taste the difference the first morning.
