Unpopular opinion: I thought a $40 edge finder was a waste of money compared to my old wiggler.

My lead at the Milwaukee shop made me try his for a week, and the repeatability on our old VMC was way better. Anyone have a cheaper brand that holds up?

Ever notice how that's true for so many stuff now? Like you buy the cheap version and it breaks or just feels bad, so you end up buying the good one anyway... wasting the first payment. Feels like a trap they set up on purpose sometimes. Makes me just want to skip the step and save up for the thing that actually lasts.
