Spent $120 on fancy coolant concentrate that gummed up my lines in under a month

Was running a Haas VF-2 last Tuesday and the new stuff turned into sticky sludge inside the hose, clogged the nozzle, and I had to scrap a part because the tool got way too hot - has anyone else had a coolant brand just fail on them like that?

$120 and it turned to sludge? That sucks. @the_patricia probably called it, my tap water wrecked a batch of Trim MicroSol once.

Did you mix it with distilled water or tap water? Tap water with high mineral content can react with some coolants and turn them into goo real fast.
