I used to defend a YouTuber's comeback until I read his own Discord messages from 2021

I spent two months arguing with people in this sub that his apology was enough and everyone should move on. Then someone linked a 2021 chat log where he straight up told his mods to "bury the receipts" and called the victims "clout chasers" in a private channel. That one screenshot in his own server did more damage than any callout video ever could, and I had to go back and delete like 15 of my own comments. So now I actually wait for receipts before I cape for anybody. Has anyone else flipped sides on a creator after seeing private messages leak?
