Hot take on that makeup influencer who deleted everything - I found the real reason
Looked into the whole 'mental health break' story from that beauty guru with 2 million followers and found court records showing she settled a lawsuit over false advertising claims right before she wiped everything. The PR spin was intense but the legal docs tell a different story about her canceled collab with a big drugstore brand. Does anyone actually fact check these things or do we just believe whatever they post?

Wait, so that whole emotional goodbye video was just damage control for a lawsuit? I remember watching her cry about needing to heal and thinking wow that's so brave. Now I feel completely played honestly, she built a whole redemption arc on a lie.

Holy crap, yeah you're totally right @nancy475. I remember watching that video and actually getting a little emotional myself, thinking she was really trying to turn her life around and be honest for once. But now hearing it was all tied to a lawsuit just makes me feel like such an idiot for buying into it lmao. I used to think she was just a messy person who made bad choices but had a good heart deep down. This whole thing completely changed my mind though, it's hard to see any of it as genuine now. She really built that whole "healing journey" thing on a lie just to save her own skin and it sucks being played like that.
