Had to choose between buying a fake apology or a real one on Cameo

Last month I was scrolling Cameo for laughs. Saw a canceled influencer I used to follow. She charges $50 for a "public apology video." I almost bought it. But then I spent the money on a real apology from a random grandpa who told me to stop obsessing over drama. Best $50 I ever spent. Has anyone else wasted money on canceled celebs?

Bro I took it a step further and did a bulk order thing. Got 5 grandpas off Cameo for like $30 each and had them roast me for 30 seconds each. One old dude in Florida told me "son you need a hobby that doesn't involve your phone" and I felt that deep in my soul lol. Way better than watching some influencer fake cry for 2 minutes.

Man that grandpa idea is genius. I love that you actually went with something real instead of feeding into the circus. Those apology videos are just cash grabs anyway, they don't mean anything. I've seen a few of those influencers doing the same thing and it's always so fake and cringey. You got way more value out of hearing some random old guy tell you to touch grass basically.
