Found a cheap fix for creosote buildup on stainless liners
I was scrubbing a client's liner in St. Louis for an hour with no luck, then tried spraying it down with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water before brushing. Cuts through the sticky stuff way faster than any chemical I've used. Has anyone else tried this or got a better homemade mix?

Huh, that's a wild pivot from chimney cleaning to security podcasts. Nothing says "creosote removal" like some dude rambling about threat models on a randomly recommended show. Yeah sure, maybe the average homeowner doesn't need to worry about a targeted attack from hackers, but that has nothing to do with the fact that my liner was caked in gunk that wouldn't budge. Let's stay in the lane we started in, yeah? Not everything needs to be turned into a debate about media hype.

Question if this is actually a real problem or just fussing over nothing.

Heard a security researcher on a podcast saying most people overestimate how likely these attacks actually are. The media loves to hype up worst-case scenarios.
