Watching a live stream from a cafe in Austin and saw a singer forget her own lyrics

I was at a coffee shop on South Congress yesterday and they had a big screen showing a live Instagram feed from a pop singer's tour bus. She was trying to do a casual Q&A, but she completely blanked on the words to her own hit song from 2022 when a fan asked her to sing a bit. The way she just froze for a solid ten seconds, then laughed it off was so real and awkward. Has anyone else seen a celeb flub something basic like that during a 'casual' online chat?

Reminds me of a podcast interview where an actor forgot the name of the movie that made him famous. The host had to say it for him after an awkward pause, and he just went "Right, of course, that one!" It was such a human moment, lmao.

Forget the name of the movie that made you famous, that's a whole new level. I get what @finleyw58 means about it being sad, but honestly it just makes me laugh. It's like their brain is on a coffee break while the rest of them is still at work. How do you even get to that point without just admitting you need a nap?
