Watched a celeb chef get roasted for using a garlic press wrong and I gotta say...

So Chef Marcus ate it on Instagram last week when he posted a video pressing garlic with the skin still on. People went nuts in the comments, like 400 replies in two hours calling him out. I compared that to how Molly Baz handles garlic on her channel where she just smashes it with the flat of her knife. One got 12,000 likes and the other got dragged through the mud. What is it about small kitchen skills that makes people so quick to judge a pro? Anyone else notice fans are way tougher on cooking habits than other celeb mistakes?

Right? People act like one bad garlic move cancels out their whole career.

One bad garlic move" - that's a good way to put it. But yeah @lisaf38, it's wild how quick people are to write someone off over one mistake. Like they've never messed up anything important in their own life. I mean, some of these chefs have been slinging great food for decades and one bad night with the garlic and suddenly they're a hack. It's exhausting watching people pile on.
