What's a recent apology that actually got it right, in your view?

Finding a good apology is like looking for a unicorn in a sewer. The bar is so low it's a tripping hazard in hell. Most of them are just sad people reading a lawyer's note about their 'journey'. I guess if you squint, that baker who messed up the wedding cake order last month did okay, she named the exact flavor she swapped and offered a full refund.
