That $40 'celebrity voice' Cameo I bought from that guy was a complete joke

I paid $40 for a birthday shoutout from that actor who played the sidekick in that superhero movie everyone forgot about. He literally just said 'happy birthday' in a monotone voice for 8 seconds and didn't even say the name right. The video was clearly shot on a phone with bad lighting and you could hear his dog barking in the background. Has anyone else gotten a Cameo that was way lazier than the preview clips made it look?

My brother paid $30 for a small time comedian and the guy just talked about his cat for a full minute, didn't even mention the birthday. It's like everyone is just going through the motions now, not just celebrities. I see it at my grocery store too where the cashier won't even look up from their phone. People just don't care about putting any effort into things they used to take pride in.
