My aunt's Facebook post about an A-list actor's 'secret twin' got 400 shares before she noticed the photo was flipped
Last month my aunt Carol was scrolling Facebook on her porch in Boise when she spotted what she thought was a huge scoop. A gossip page shared a photo of a famous actor at a coffee shop with what looked like a second version of himself in the window reflection, and she typed up a whole post about his 'secret twin brother.' She hit share and it blew up fast, like 400 shares in two days, with people adding their own wild theories in the comments. Turns out the page had just flipped the mirror image sideways, and the 'twin' was the actor's own reflection. She found out when her hairdresser mentioned the post at her appointment, and Carol deleted it so fast the screen probably smoked.
