Just found out celebs can pay to hide their likes and it blew my mind
I was reading some social media news site last night and stumbled on this fact that big celebs can actually pay for a feature that hides their like counts from the public. I thought the like hiding thing was just a regular app setting for everyone, but apparently there's a whole paid tier for verified accounts that does it automatically. Like, I remember seeing Taylor Swift's posts with zero likes visible and just assumed she turned it off herself, but it's apparently some behind the scenes deal. This was on a marketing blog that tracks influencer stats, so I don't know how reliable it is, but it matched up with some screenshots I saw from a celeb gossip account. Has anyone else heard about this or am I just late to this whole thing?
