I finally saw why you should never post angry

Compared a singer's calm 'sorry, my bad' tweet to another star's 3am rant thread. The calm one got support, the rant got memed for a week. Anyone else notice which celebs handle slip-ups better?

Wait, they lost actual sponsors?

You know, I used to think all that drama was fake too. But I saw a smaller creator I follow post something really angry and lose a bunch of sponsors. That kind of real money hit seems like a dumb game to play. Maybe the huge stars can ride it out, but the fallout looks way too real for most people trying to make a living online. It made me see the original post's point a lot clearer.

That singer's apology tweet probably got ghostwritten by a whole PR team anyway. Most of these "slip-ups" are just fake drama to get people talking. Even the 3am rants get them more attention, which is what they really want. Getting memed for a week is just free promo. People take this celebrity social media stuff way too seriously. It's all just part of the game.
